As an automotive industry specialist, he possess a deep understanding of vehicle dynamics, road safety, and driver behaviour analysis. His skills are well-versed in advanced techniques, defensive driving, and eco-friendly He has successfully trained and guided numerous drivers to surpass international safety standards and upskilling drivers in accredited levelled courses. An experienced operations training manager of military driver contract, with a solid track record of delivering high-quality training programs. Introducing Andy Binns to the team, a former British Army Royal Engineer with a wealth of experience in transport and logistics. After serving in the forces, Andy transitioned into the logistics industry, driving HGVs. His expertise includes general haulage, roping and sheeting steel, shunting, recovery operations, pallet/parcel distribution, and shipping container handling. With his diverse background, Andy offers a unique perspective and a deep understanding of transportation. He became a fully qualified approved driving instructor, showcasing his commitment to excellence and safety on the road. Andy's blend of military discipline, logistical acumen, led him to deliver driver training to the military as well as to the ambulance ambulance services for licence acquisition.
His instructional skills make him a valuable asset to our team.
Introducing James, a former British Army Royal Engineer with a wealth of experience who has joined our team. Not only is James a part of the legal team, he is also the mental health fIrstaider and head of wellbeing services.

Introducing Cameron (Cam) Williams to the team, a former British Army Senior ranking Pathfinder Platoon Leader, Royal Electrical & Mechanical Engineers and Commercial Security. Proven track record and experienced in teamwork, leadership, organisation and management skills, health and safety, flexibility and interpersonal skills. Experience in a wide range of tasks with National and International projects delivered in concert with Government, Military and Non-Government agencies both in an engineering and training capacity in the UK and abroad.
Cam is joining the team as our health safety advisor , risk assessor and HEAT training specialist. Cam has been delivering on and road training in the middle east.

Introducing Rob, a former British Army Training Instructor, this requires a high level of knowledge and experience in order to design and implement a physical training regime which complements the Unit role and training cycle. In addition to their physical training specialisation, RAPTCIs also have the opportunity to specialise in Adventurous Training and Exercise Rehabilitation. Rob is a seasoned Motorcycle trainer coming to us with a wealth of knowledge from Motorcycles, Instructor Training, Health and fitness, Off Road driving , Hostile training, Risk assessments , Planning and Development. Rob joins the team as the Lead MC trainer, planner and course designer.

Bill a former police officer brings strong teaching and course development skills, and a dedication to accident reduction and traffic management, his focus and flexible approach to work, coupled with specialist skills in vehicle and traffic matters, road positions makes him a valuable asset. Skilled in cross-cultural communication and adept at working both independently and collaboratively, he thrives in diverse environments.

Introducing Mark a former British Army Royal Logistics Corp Trade Trainer and still serving as Army Cadet Sergeant Major, joins with a wealth of experience in transport and logistics from Transport Management, ADR, PCV, HGV and Motorcycles.. After serving in the forces, Mark transitioned into the logistics industry covering PCVs and driving HGVs. His expertise includes general haulage, distribution, passenger comfort, safe driving and customer service. With his diverse background, Mark offers a unique perspective and a deep understanding of transportation. Mark's blend of military discipline, logistical acumen, led him to deliver driver training for licence acquisition, driver CPCs, ADR and ordits on transport managers.
